Chapter 1 Recharge and Recovery LLC ("Chapter 1 Recharge and Recovery," "we," "us," "our") operates www.ch1recharge.com and the recovery studio at 155 E Ray Rd, Unit 4, Chandler, AZ 85225. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you claim a free day or contact us, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address. If you book or become a member, our scheduling and payment tools collect the information needed to do that.
- Your text-message consent. If you agree to receive texts, we keep a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and the date and time.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your free day, including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- To book visits, manage memberships, and provide our services.
- To send occasional offers and updates, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website secure, prevent spam, and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, we may send you automated text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and form handling, text messaging and customer-communication software, and scheduling and payment systems (for example, Mindbody). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and advertising
Our website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our "Book" section loads an appointment-booking tool provided by Mindbody, which may set its own cookies or similar technologies to make booking work; Mindbody’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will help, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.
Children

Please do not send medical or health details through our website form. If you share health information with our staff in person, it is used only to deliver your services safely.
