Program description
Chapter 1 Recharge and Recovery LLC ("Chapter 1 Recharge and Recovery," "we," "us") sends text messages to people who opt in on our website or in person. Messages include free-day scheduling, booking confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, and occasional offers and updates about our recovery studio in Chandler, Arizona.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on the "Claim your free day" form at www.ch1recharge.com and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages while we schedule your free day, plus occasional reminders and offers.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Chapter 1 Recharge and Recovery does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation, and then no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
